Gwyneth Paltrow To Obama: ‘You’re So Handsome That I Can’t Speak Properly’

When Pres. Obama went to Los Angeles on Thursday for a fundraiser, he probably didn’t expect to hear these words from actress Gwyneth Paltrow:

“You’re so handsome that I can’t speak properly,” said Paltrow.

She added this:

‘I am one of your biggest fans, if not the biggest, and have been since the inception of your campaign,’ she said, adding that she thinks both of his campaigns and his presidency will be one of the most important and most scrutinized of all time.

Paltrow thinks the president should have more power.

“It would be wonderful if we were able to give this man all of the power that he needs to pass the things that he needs to pass,” she said.

Hey, we agree, but the idiots on the right jumped right on that. Allen West wrote a piece on his site headlined “Political savant Gwyneth Paltrow has a crush on Obama and wishes he were a dictator.”

Obama was attending a fundraiser at Paltrow’s home. She was hosting the fundraiser for the Democratic National Committee. There were 200 people in attendance at the reception and 50 for a dinner, including Paltrow’s?two children, Apple and Moses.

The tickets started at $1,000 for the reception, and tickets for the dinner were $15,000 per person.

Paltrow separated from her husband, Coldplay lead singer Chris Martin, earlier this year. She said of that break that they had “consciously uncoupled.” Comedian Albert Brooks tweeted this awesomeness:
