Bobby Jindal’s Planning A Prayer Rally. We Have The Handout — It’s A Doozy

Although he is already notorious for his stupidity as a Christian radical, Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal is??achieving a new milestone: his?upcoming prayer rally’s handouts that blame gays and abortion for hurricane Katrina.

Jindal is planning to kick off his presidential candidacy in January with a stadium-sized prayer rally in Baton Rouge. His prayer rally titled ?The Response-Louisiana: A Call to Prayer for a Nation in Crisis? is re-using some material from a similar unsuccessful rally by Texas Governor Rick Perry. One of the documents among the re-used material is a Christian ?prayer guide? telling Christians how to pray for the seven?days that lead up to the rally.

As per the prayer guide:

?We have watched sin escalate to a proportion the nation has never seen before. We live in the first generation in which the wholesale murder of infants through abortion is not only accepted but protected by law. Homosexuality has been embraced as an alternative lifestyle. Same-sex marriage is legal in six states and Washington, D.C. Pornography is available on demand through the Internet?.

?This year we have seen a dramatic increase in tornadoes that have taken the lives of many and crippled entire cities, such as Tuscaloosa, AL & Joplin, MO. And let us not forget that we are only six years from the tragic events of hurricane Katrina, which rendered the entire Gulf Coast powerless.?

There is nothing new in Christian radicals blaming the LGBT community and women for natural disasters. For example, when the Twin Towers went down in 2001, Jerry Falwell said that it was a result of ?throwing God out of the public square.?

Furthermore, Falwell?said:

?The pagans and the abortionists and the feminists and the gays and the lesbians who are actively trying to make that an alternative lifestyle, the ACLU, People for the American Way ? all of them who have tried to secularize America?.

The worst part is that such radical politicians are rated high in their own states. I wonder what would become of America if Bobby Jindal actually becomes the president and implements such laws.

Karan is a humanist and a serious Bernie Sanders supporter who is really really scared that if (god forbid) the Republican wins, it's impact on his part of the world would be a disaster. The 2016 polls might be a debate of bread and butter for Americans. For him, it's a question of life and death.
