Here’s What The Butt Munches At Fox ‘News’ Have To Say About Mckinney TX

Fox_News_Channel_logoI visited my mom today. As usual, Fox News was on her television. That is, it was after NYPD Blues. I stayed long enough to get to watch Bill O’Reilly. Along with Ann Coulter being on the show (just my luck), he also had Brit Hume and what they managed to pull off is just disgusting. I should be accustomed to it. I don’t think I ever will be.

With the surfacing of the shocking McKinney TX video, Daddy-O Bill is totally going to focus on McKinney. And yes, they are quick to rush to the defense of that white officer. With Brit Hume by his side, they manage to prove, yet again, how much of a butt munch they can be.

Hume and O’Reilly discussed the outburst of police abuse over the past year. Here are Brit’s thoughts:

“Well I think to some extent this willingness of people to resist police commands and disobey police orders has been encouraged by some of what we’ve seen, by the portrayal of people who get in trouble with police as victims, by the portrayal of police as racists, by the attitudes shown ranging from Al Sharpton to Pres. Obama himself towards the police. I think it creates the atmosphere that you can mouth off to the cops. If you obey the police, it doesn’t usually happen.”

Bill O’Reilly then laid some blame on MSNBC. Damn you Rachel Maddow! It’s all your fault! Just kidding! I love you.

I’m sure everyone at MSNBC would say the exact thing (and probably in a more professional manner) that I am about to say. I don’t hate cops. Yes, they are a necessary element in our society. Hell, I had to call the cops once because my neighbor stole my trash can, and the only way to get another one was to file a police report. How much power they should be given and free reign to wave their guns around is at question here. I have a friend who is a cop. I have full faith in that she is a fair and good cop.

O’Reilly and Hume are not the only ones to defend the McKinney officer’s actions. Here’s a quick list of several comments made throughout yesterday (June 8) on Fox News provided by Media Matters.

1. “…didn’t shock him at all – cops are breaking up a party; these guys are great.” – Tom Shillue, The Five.

2. “What in the world are police, we have to ask, supposed to do when people who don’t respect the law … refuse to obey?” – Lou Dobbs, Lou Dobbs Tonight.

3. “The girl was no saint either. He had told her to leave, and she continued to linger. And when the cop tells you to leave, get out. I’m not defending his actions, let me make that clear.” – Megyn Kelly, The Kelly File.

4. “Yea, he used curse words… the kids aren’t listening to him… You’re never going to see an arrest that looks good on video especially an arrest that is being resisted or people not listening when police officers are saying ‘Leave, leave now. Leave. Leave now.’ What are the police supposed to do here?” – Hannity, The Sean Hannity Show.

I’m going to stop here and say this. When my conservative mother (who loves her some O’Reilly and wants to marry Dick Cheney) hates Hannity, that’s saying a lot to me. He also blamed Obama somewhere in there. Obama did it! Of course!

Now, let me ask. Who remembers watching Cops in the 90s? Does that still air anywhere? I remember Cops. I don’t remember seeing anything like this on any of the arrests on that show. Were they not so pretty? Yea, they weren’t pretty. Were they terrifying with the police being the terrorists? No. If you remember anything like that, please let me know.

The butt munches at Fox News need to get a clue and go live as a minority. In fact, you would think they would sympathize with minorities since, you know, ‘Christians’ are all being targeted and discriminated against by the evil, heathen, intolerant liberals that we are. Yea.
