Crowd Goes Crazy As Gay Make-Up Artist Proposes To His Partner On Stage At Comic Con (VIDEO)


As I’m sure you’ve heard by now, San Diego Comic Con is happening this weekend. San Diego Comic Con (SDCC) is a huge event that brings together fans, celebrities, and artists from all over the world. Television, film, comics, and anything pop culture is represented at this huge event.

In Hall H, where approximately 7,000 fans gathered to watch a panel discussing the web series Con Man, a special surprise happened on stage: Barry Bishop, the make-up artist for?Con Man, shocked the crowd and panel of stars when he proposed to his partner, Billy Brooks. Brooks is the visual effects artist for the show, which stars Nathan Fillion, Seth Green, Alan Tudyk, Joss Whedon, and many others.

In the video, the crowd goes wild with applause. You can even see Will Wheaton (Star Trek: the Next Generation) on the panel in the background applauding the proposal.?After he proposes, Bishop turns to the audience and says, “We were born and raised in the deep south and we can actually go back to our home states and get married…”?Such a heartwarming proposal!
