No doubt you recall the great song by the late Michael Jackson from his megahit “Thriller” album entitled “Smooth Criminal.” I have to admit it’s always been one of my favorite songs by the King of Pop.
Now tell me: Can you imagine the song played on the shakuhachi, also known as the Japanese bamboo flute? Well, in this version it is, and the accompaniment is by two people playing the koto, a traditional stringed instrument.
I was highly skeptical before I watched the video. But now, I’m sold! These ladies are awesome!
