Daryush “Roosh V” Valizadeh is canceling his world-wide meet up for men who hate women. The hate-fest was planned for Saturday. Men’s Rights activists (AKA misogynist pigs) following Roosh, believe rape should be legal. Would-be participants represent 43 countries and almost every state in the U.S. The city of Chicago shut Roosh down when the meet-up spot (Rogers Park), went public. Community organizations and educational institutions worked together to ensure no meet-up advocating for the rape and degradation of women would take place in their city.
“Roosh,” 36, owns “Return of the Kings” website and is the author of 15 books on “picking up women.” Earlier this week he shared from his website:
“Up to now, the enemy has been able to exert their power by isolating us and attacking with shrieking mobs, but we’ll be able to neutralize that tactic by amassing in high numbers come February 6. I will exact furious retribution upon anyone who challenges you in public on that date (remember to record them). Therefore let the sixth of February be a clear signal to all that we’re not going anywhere. We have finally arrived.”
Roosh V Is A Slime Ball
According to The National, his books “feature racial stereotypes and disturbing tales of how he bullied and groomed drunk young women into sleeping with him.” The “pick up artist” and his fellow Men’s Rights Activists enjoy denigrating women. They advocate for “legal rape” (an oxymoron), believing that men have the right to take what they want from women. Valizadeh advocates for making rape legal on private property and has written extensively on the topic. He and his thoughtless crew believe that if a woman visits a mans home she is consenting to sex.
His Rhetoric Fosters A Hatred For Women
He makes big threats while hiding behind a key board encouraging men to become rapists. How many teens and young adults listen to this garbage and decide that women don’t deserve respect? Roosh V needs to get handled by some real men and totally reprogrammed. His ideals are terrorist threats against women and anyone who doesn’t identify as cis. His words equate to hate speech. “Mr. Entitlement” is whiny and a want-to-be cyber thug as depicted in his cyber threat:
“Only heterosexual men will be allowed to attend the meetings, and any women attempting to come along will be filmed with footage sent to his worldwide ‘anti-feminist’ network who will then ‘exact furious retribution.’”
Women Are Encouraged To Stay Prepared, Chicago Women Showed–Out Fu*k Roosh V!
Rape culture supports acts of terrorism against women by protecting men who abuse women. Let Chicago remind us that we have a voice, and the right to NOT remain silent about injustice. Roosh V isn’t as stupid as he comes across. Distractify reports, Women’s groups gathered prepared to kick ass as Roosh V retreated into the shadows. Women and girls deserve so much more than the likes of Roosh V and his creepy, self-entitled ilk. Shut it down everywhere!
