Yesterday was Sarah Palin’s birthday, and on behalf of writers everywhere, I want to personally thank the half-term Alaska governor and wish her a belated happy birthday for making me so much money over the years as I mocked her in print and online.
But perhaps the best–and funniest–birthday wishes for Palin were delivered by a little girl who appeared on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” Thursday evening.
The little girl is named Lindsey, and she’s a third grader. She stepped onstage and, pretending to be Ms. Palin, announced:
“Is today my birthday? You betcha! I’m 29-years-old, but the lame-stream media says I’m 52. I support Donald Trump, because we need a straight shooter in the White House. I know straight shooters because I once shooted a whole zoo from my helicopter. Well, I gotta go make my husband Todd a moose pie. Obama’s the Anti-Christ! Bye-bye!”
