Dave Barton apparently thinks judges should act as a representative for God. On the most recent episode of “Foundations of Freedom,” Barton claimed the judicial system isn’t functioning properly. In fact, the judge is supposed to use the Bible as a guide. That goes for the jury, as well.
According to Right Wing Watch, he also had this to say:
“God is a god of justice, and when judges forget that they render judgement for God, you no longer get justice in courts.”
There you have it. Replacing God with judges is the best idea ever.
