Trae Crowder has become our favorite Liberal Redneck over the last few months. A brilliant comedian and writer from Tennessee, he created Liberal Redneck character himself. Now, he is doing videos for the New York Daily News, and his most recent one is about the Pulse massacre in Orlando.
A talented comedian, Crowder earned many followers for his great videos about the transgender bathroom issues he’s talked about recently. He had a great one about the American Family Association boycotting Target, and another one about the crazy lady walking through Target talking about the Devil raping babies.
In response to the people saying their beliefs are being threatened, and asked if they are bigots, he said:
“Well, if what you believe is a bunch of wacky, bigot-y shit, then… yeah! It totally does!”
I personally saw his routine at a theater here in Alabama, and it was amazingly funny. I’m a big fan now.
Orlando experienced a horrific tragedy this past weekend. We lost many lives. Trae Crowder has weighed in via one of his New York Daily News videos.
In another video, he said:
“Saying that gay people shouldn’t be allowed to get married or be parents is not the same as murdering them, OK? Clearly. But that is where this road leads. This is what happens when zealous hate masquerading as faith is allowed to go unchecked.”
It is not about “radical Islamic terrorism.” As Trae put it, the killer was a “deeply disturbed m**********r with a gun.”
Republicans are blaming Islam for it, and won’t talk about the anti-LGBT hate spreading.
ISIS has claimed responsibility for the Orlando attack, but we don’t know if they were actually involved in the planning of the attack. It is definitely a hate crime against gay people.
