WATCH: Michelle Obama Rocked Out On Carpool Karaoke At The White House

Michelle Obama is one awesome First Lady. She appeared on the Late Show with James Corden this week. Corden had been hinting at this for a few weeks with his fans. It finally happened, and it is amazingly funny.

First, we see a very good nervous act from James Corden when he pulled up to the gate and talked to the guard. He said that he was there for the “tour,” and then the First Lady jumps in the car with him.

After they sang Stevie Wonder’s “Signed, Sealed Delivered,” he asked her about what she is going to miss the most when she moves out of the White House. She said:

“I think what I’m going to miss the most are the people. I mean, these are people that you see every day, they help you… They love you… You know their families. To walk away from people that you see every day… That’s going to be hard.”

Missy Elliott jumps into the car about 2/3 of the way through the video. Of course, they sing her classic 2001 song, “Get Ur Freak On.”

The Secret Service tweeted this after the episode aired:

In between the songs they sang, Corden also asked the First Lady about joining Snapchat. She will be using it on her trip to Africa to help with her charity work involving building schools.

Michelle Obama has been a beautiful and classy First Lady. She has had to deal with a lot of crap from right-wingers, and she handles it gracefully. She recently mentioned this at her last commencement speech as First Lady at Jackson State University. She said:

“As I’ve walked this journey with Barack, I’ve gotten a pretty good look at what it means to rise above the fray, what it means to set your eyes on the horizon, to devote your life to making things better for those who will come after you. I have seen how, no matter what kind of ugliness is going on at any particular moment, Barack always stays the course.”

This video is awesome. It will make your day.
