WATCH Trump’s Campaign Manager Get SCHOOLED On The Basics Of Mathematics

Things are not going well for Donald Trump and his campaign. Between the Access Hollywood video and Trump declaring war on the entire GOP, the past week has been hell for the Trumpkins. But that’s just how karma works, and the Orange Menace should have known that sooner or later all the negativity he was putting out would come back to bite him squarely on his ass.

Last night on CNN, Trump’s completely inane campaign manager, Kellyanne Conway, was talking to Anderson Cooper, who reminded her that while her boss may try to depress turnout for Hillary Clinton (though that seems unlikely), he cannot get above 40 percent support himself. Conway replied:

“I think Hillary Clinton’s been depressing democratic turnout. Why is this woman at 46 percent? She’s like the magic 46. She’s 46 in the new NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll —”

Cooper then informed Conway:

“She’s ahead of your candidate though.”

Caught flat-footed, Conway had to pull the old trick of trying to pretend she didn’t quite understand Cooper’s remark:

“Pardon me? Well, Anderson, she’s running as the first female president who has a sitting president and was first lady, much more popular than she’ll ever be –”

Truth bomb time, and Cooper dropped it right on top of Conway:

“Your candidate is below 40 percent.”

A clearly agitated Conway remarked:

“Is that a question?”

The CNN host then took Conway to school and gave her a lesson on basic mathematics:

“Well, you’re saying 46 percent is bad, but 37 percent is worse.”

Having lost the standoff with Cooper, Conway finally admitted:

“You asked me about Hillary Clinton — you asked me if I thought — well, yeah right, one does not need to be a pollster to know that.”

And yet you’re a pollster, Kellyanne, and you seemed not to know that 46 is more than 37.

The Trump campaign is in free fall, and by Election Day Trump may be fortunate if he’s at 30 percent support. He deserves to lose by a historic margin.
