WATCH SNL Cast Poke Fun At Clinton And Trump One Last Time (VIDEO)

On the last episode of Saturday Night Live before Tuesday’s elections, Alec Baldwin and Kate McKinnon reprised their roles as presidential hopefuls Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton.

Saturday’s SNL skit started off with Cecily Strong playing the part of CNN anchor Erin Burnett who is interviewing McKinnon’s Clinton. Burnett stated:

“It’s highly unusual for the FBI to make an announcement like this so close to the election.”

Clinton’s character responds quickly by saying:

“Oh, yeah, You think? I mean, am I crazy, or does it seem like the FBI is trying to get Donald Trump elected president.”

The next sequence of events had us rolling as Baldwin’s Trump comes onto the screen throwing his typical Trump rhetoric everywhere. Trump’s character stated:

“No, no, that is crazy cuckoo. The FBI is not trying to help me. The FBI doesn’t like me. I mean, what even is the FBI?”

The next chain of events shows an FBI agent walk onto the screen, ask Trump’s character if he needs anything and then kisses Baldwin’s Trump on the lips.

The kissing doesn’t end there when the same scene is replayed but this time on the topic of Russia, their attacks on the Clinton campaign, and Trump’s alleged connections and love for Vladimir Putin.

Oh but wait it doesn’t end there, how could it without throwing the KKK into the mix?

The rest of the skit covers Clinton’s emails, Trumps incessant use of Twitter for cyber-bullying, and ends with the actors dropping character, apologizing to each other, running out into the street to give people hugs, and then telling everyone how important it is to go out and vote before introducing SNL in its standard capacity.

A little humor in times of significant issue in America can go a long way, and this SNL cast made sure to bring laughs while still getting to the big issues. SNL will air a special “Best of the Campaign” episode on Monday night.
