Oh wait, I’m sorry. Did I say God’s love? I meant Hillary Clinton is a “jezebel.” How silly of me.
‘Thank You, Lord, For Bringing Jezebel Down!’
Completely skirting IRS laws regarding politics and the pulpit, John Kilpatrick spoke in tongues for nearly 10 minutes in a recent sermon at The Evangel Temple in Meridian, Mississippi, praising God for the outcome of the election:
“We’ve had an election now, things are going to open up, God’s spirit is going to begin to move again in America! I believe that with all my heart! Somebody give God praise! Za ba ba! Woo!”
If only “za ba ba” was the extent of it. But oh no. He went on. And on. And on.
Among the pastor’s other words of wisdom:
“Sha ba ba bara ba ba sa toro …”
I apologize — that transcription may not be exact. I’m still waiting on Duolingo’s version of English-to-Nutty Pastor Speaking in Tongues.
Of course, there was also this, in plain English:
“Thank you, Lord, for the victory! Thank you for saving our nation! Thank you, Lord, for bringing Jezebel down!”
OK, now let’s stop right there.
Since the fantastic website Jezebel is still up and running, I have to assume Kilpatrick is speaking of none other than former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton here. He never uses her name — no, that would be a blatant IRS violation — but his message is patently obvious.
