Nutjob Preacher: College Professors Are ‘Intellectual Pedophiles’ Who Are ‘Molesting’ Students’ Minds (VIDEO)

Anyone with an advanced teaching degree is some kind of pervert, according to Lance Wallnau, a preacher and long-time Trump supporter.

Gatekeeper Priests At The Top Of University Mountain

Wallnau spoke at a church in Florida last week, and what he said sounds almost too crazy to be real — but he’s dead serious:

“Anything we do regarding abortion, prayer, marriage… anything we do that doesn’t get into the educational narrative that is affecting the minds of students will be lost within eight to 10 years because you’ve got gatekeeper priests, there are priests of Baal at the top of the university mountain, poisoning the minds [of young people.] They’re like intellectual pedophiles molesting the virgin territory of your children’s imaginations.”

…WHAT?

The “university mountain” Wallnau refers to has to do with his belief in the Seven Mountains Dominionism: 7 Cultural Mountains is a movement that asserts that Christians have a duty and a responsibility to take over the seven “mountains” of society. According to the 7 Cultural Mountains website:

“In 1975, Bill Bright, founder of Campus Crusade, and Loren Cunningham, founder of Youth With a Mission, had lunch together in Colorado. God simultaneously gave each of these change agents a message to give to the other. During that same time frame Francis Schaeffer was given a similar message. That message was that if we are to impact any nation for Jesus Christ, then we would have to affect the seven spheres, or mountains of society that are the pillars of any society.

These seven mountains are business, government, media, arts and entertainment, education, the family and religion. There are many subgroups under these main categories. About a month later the Lord showed Francis Schaeffer the same thing. In essence, God was telling these three change agents where the battlefield was. It was here where culture would be won or lost. Their assignment was to raise up change agents to scale the mountains and to help a new generation of change agents understand the larger story.”

The Trend Toward Anti-Intellectualism

Apparently, an important part of “raising up change agents” is to make sure that they’re only exposed to religious dogma, and protected from anything remotely intellectual. It’s terrifying that anyone in America would see education as equivalent to child molestation, but sadly, not surprising.

In 1980, author Isaac Asimov spoke of the “cult of ignorance” taking over America, and Wallnau’s words lend credence to Asimov’s theory. Asimov wrote:

“The strain of anti-intellectualism has been a constant thread winding its way through our political and cultural life, nurtured by the false notion that democracy means that ‘my ignorance is just as good as your knowledge.’”

Wallnau has a Twitter following of more than 5,000 people, and more than 200,000 followers on his public Facebook page. A quarter of a million people are listening to what Wallnau has to say about education and intellect, while at the same time, diminishing the very real dangers of pedophilia and child molestation. If anything reeks of evil and harm toward children, it’s that.
