Former CIA Spokesperson Warns: ‘We Will Be Less Safe’ Under Trump

A few hours ago, Donald Trump took to Twitter and posted this:

Clearly, Trump has declared war on our intelligence agencies, which is one of the biggest mistakes he could possibly make. He will depend on them during his term in office, and they may not be eager to help him along the way.

Former CIA and Pentagon spokesman George Little warned of the consequences of Trump’s antagonism to the intelligence community, also using Twitter:

Little also had harsh criticism for Trump when the President-elect went after American intelligence officials on Tuesday night, suggesting they needed extra time before they brief him on Russian hacking of the 2016 election:

To that dig, Little responded:

Can there be any doubt remaining that Donald Trump is in the pocket of Vladimir Putin? He is bought and paid for by Russian influence. Putin must have some incredible dirt on the Donald (videos of him with underage girls? photos of him engaged in sexual assault or rape?), or he is controlling him via a financial interest that could either enrich or break Trump. Whatever it is, it makes this country much less safe with Trump in the Oval Office.

It’s only a matter of time before the Trump-Putin connection is unraveled. Reporters around the world are at work on exposing why Putin worked so hard to assure Trump was elected. And on the day when the truth is laid bare, Trump will take a mighty fall. But that’s the price you pay for treason against your own country.
