During an interview with The Washington Post, President-elect Donald Trump went over many different political things including his 2020 re-election slogan, how awesome he is, and also how he plans on showing just how amazing our military is by having them march in parades.
Now, we aren’t talking sweet small town hero parades; we are talking full on, march in ranks, roll the tanks down the street, Hitler-esque military parades. Trump told the Washington Post:
“Being a great president has to do with a lot of things, but one of them is being a great cheerleader for the country. And we’re going to show the people as we build up our military, we’re going to display our military. That military may come marching down Pennsylvania Avenue. That military may be flying over New York City and Washington, D.C., for parades. I mean, we’re going to be showing our military.”

These types of parades were especially popular during WWII and on every one of Adolf Hitler’s birthdays. But wait, there is more. Guess who else revels in their military parades?
Don’t have a good guess?
How about Vladimir Putin who speaks and celebrates every year at the annual Victory Parade in Russia.
And as far as his future re-election slogan, if he hasn’t done completely away with democracy by then, he triumphantly told the Post:
“Are you ready? Keep America Great,’ exclamation point.”
I know, we are blown away too, but not by the exemplary showing of an educated mind, more of the fact that our future President talks like a sixteen-year-old valley girl.
So, as you patiently, or impatiently, await the swearing in of our next President of the United States you can sit comfortably knowing our streets will be filled with our armed forces while Trump waves from his high tower and watches as America burns to the ground under his rule. Let’s just leave you with another amazing quote from the Trumpster during his interview...
“I never thought I’d be giving [you] my expression for four years [from now]. But I am so confident that we are going to be, it is going to be so amazing. It’s the only reason I give it to you. If I was, like, ambiguous about it, if I wasn’t sure about what is going to happen — the country is going to be great.”
