GOP Attempting To Unravel 9th Circuit Court Before Appeal On Muslim Ban Settled (VIDEO)

As the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals hears arguments against President Trump’s controversial “travel ban,” Republicans on Capital Hill are making a hard push to dismantle the court system and reduce it’s power over the current institution.

The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has been a standing sore point among Republicans for years since it services primarily liberal states and Sens. John McCain and Jeff Flake argue that it is just too big. The 9th has managed to keep itself in one piece so far but now that the GOP has reason to dismantle, the issue is brewing again, and quickly.

If McCain, Flake, and a number of other constituents have their way the 9th will only consist of California, Oregon, Hawaii, and two island districts. But in reality that doesn’t seem to be the real cause behind the sudden influx in interest of this case. The GOP fears that Trump’s Muslim ban will quickly be squashed by the 9th Circuit and therefore is a hindrance to the current administration.

The stakes are high in the current political regime and the GOP is grasping at the ability to keep these unconstitutional Executive Orders afloat. If McCain and Flake succeed in their case before a decision is reached typically the case would continue but, as with the ban, in order to keep their momentum we can expect a different possible outcome.

Of course the “Travel Ban” has not been mentioned officially as the cause for the heated up interest in dismantling the court system, but what better time to do it then when the very platform Trump stands on is being threatened.

It will be interesting to see what exactly comes of this and whether it changes any decisions towards the unconstitutional treatment of Muslims in this country. This video gives a more indepth look at what this ban means and what will come next.
