Trump Crashed A Wedding To Deal With Stress Of N. Korean Missile Launch (TWEETS/VIDEO)

Our self-absorbed president was mildly inconvenienced during dinner over the weekend. He made up for it by crashing a wedding shortly afterwards, though.

President Donald Trump had to put down his fork Saturday night while cozying up to Japan’s Prime Minister Shinzo Abe. After rewarding their hard day of golfing with a much-needed meal, he was pulled aside and informed about a North Korean missile launch.

“Pulled aside” isn’t exactly correct, though.

A mobile phone was placed in the middle of his table, which was in a dining room full of onlookers at Mar-a-Lago. As the rich ate their dinner, they looked up to see Trump suddenly be surrounded by wannabe president Steve Bannon and now former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn.

At no point did Trump leave to handle the situation in a more private setting.

There’s a silver lining in every situation, though. With Flynn gone, perhaps someone from Mar-a-Lago can get a promotion.

Trump didn’t let the news of another tyrannical leader practicing his nuclear war skills ruin his night. After he and Abe dodged questions about trigger-happy Kim Jung-un, namely what would the United States be doing about it, he decided it was time to crash a wedding.

After waltzing over and hamming it up with the happy couple, he said:

“I saw them out on the lawn today. I said to the Prime Minister of Japan, I said, ‘C’mon Shinto, let’s go over and say hello.'”

There’s nothing wrong with a president toasting newlyweds, except when it’s right after brushing off nuclear weapon testing from North Korea. Trump also said into the microphone:

“They’ve been members of this club for a long time. They’ve paid me a fortune.”

It’s good to know that our president can be bought with money.
