President Donald Trump was allegedly hot and bothered after Attorney General Jeff Sessions recused himself from any investigation into the ties that bind Trump campaign officials with the Russian government. He started playing the blame-game and reportedly it got very heated.
Video has surfaced that shows a very animated discussion happening in the White House on Friday, the day after Sessions announced he would no longer be involved in the ongoing investigation, that puts Trump aids and advisors in the hot seat due to meetings they had with Russian ambassador Sergei Kislyak.
Sources inside the White House spoke with CNN and reported that Trump was very frustrated at his staff and blamed them for forcing Sessions to recuse himself.
“Nobody has seen him that upset,” one source stated.
The source added that the reason for his flare-up, this time, was because Trump felt that the communications team allowed the Sessions story to overshadow what the White House saw as a victory in Trump’s speech to Congress on Tuesday. So basically, they weren’t talking about him anymore so he threw a tantrum.
“The President was ‘hot’ and exasperated Thursday night after Sessions’ recusal, a source familiar with the situation said, considering it hasty and overkill.”
CNN went on to state that according to their sources, once Trump arrived back from Virginia to the White House on Thursday night, he had some choice words for his staff. Using expletives, he reportedly said:
“The staff fumbled.”
Trump’s flash of anger reportedly comes because no one is giving him a pat on the back for a job well done. I really don’t think he studied up on this job description very well if he was expecting to receive accolades every time he was able to string a coherent sentence together.
“Trump is upset because he doesn’t believe he is getting the credit he thinks he deserves for his time in office so far because of self-inflicted wounds and missteps, the source said.”
It also appears that Trump has been highly upset with his team for at least a week now, and has frequently become paranoid and frustrated as more news erupts linking his campaign with Russia. The Friday meeting seemed to be the boiling point when he exploded at his senior staff in a video that has been released to the press.
“Trump voiced his frustration to his inner circle in the Oval Office Friday, sources said. He feels attacked by the media, former Obama administration officials and others, and frustrated that things are not going more smoothly. The President expressed his anger at non-stop leaks undermining his administration, the sources said.”
It was noted that White House Chief-of-Staff, Reince Priebus, was ripped a new one by the Trumper tantrum, but he has declined to comment on the record about the meeting. The record only reflected that some of those present in the room on Friday dispute that Reince was chewed out.

Well… something was going on. It didn’t look like he was getting an award.
This reportedly was followed up with a string of Tweets Saturday morning in which Trump, among other things, accused former President Barack Obama of tapping his phones during the election.
Guess he was trying to do a damage control thing there? Unfortunately, Trump can’t just distract this week away. It exists and it will develop as the investigations continue to provide more insight.
