The AP Asked: What Would It Take For Trumpkins To Abandon The Donald? The Responses Are TERRIFYING!

To call those who support Donald Trump fanatical would be a gross understatement. The so-called president has bragged that he enjoys sexually assaulting women, lies every two seconds, and is now accused of being a traitor. But do Trumpkins care? Nah, they’re too busy being in love with a man who wouldn’t think twice about running them over if he saw them on the street.

The Associated Press recently sent reporters to Georgia, Iowa, and New York to talk with Trump voters in light of the recent tumult caused by Trump’s firing of FBI Director James Comey and the appointment of a special prosecutor in the case. What some of them had to say is nothing short of horrific.

Trump supporter Joseph Amodeo of New York incorrectly told the AP that Trump had just raised the minimum wage in the state, and then added:

“If you’re wishing for him to fail, you’re basically wishing for the pilot of the plane to crash. You just gotta stick by him and hopefully he does things that benefit everyone.”

New York State Assemblyman Ron Castorina, who represents Staten Island, said the media is to blame for Trump’s problems:

“Not only have I not heard of anyone turning their backs, I’ve seen people become more in solidarity with the president because they feel he’s getting a raw deal.”

In Georgia, Robbie Foy said he doesn’t believe Trump is trying to use his office to make money:

“Trump’s not in it for the money. He’s got plenty of money.”

And Andrew Ottrando of Staten Island weighed in on the matter of Trump firing Comey for the Russia investigation:

“The Comey stuff is a joke.”

Is there anything at all Donald Trump could do to make Ottrando turn against him? The 56-year-old truck driver thought for a moment and then commented:

“If he gases his own people, yeah I would be against him.”

And to think, we actually let people this stupid vote.
