A unique way to spill the beans
A Phoenixville, PA couple found a unique way to inform family and friends about the pending birth of their first child. They made a video ? but not just any video. In a cute twist, they created a parody of the theme song from the Fresh Prince of Belair.
Starting in an armchair in their front yard, the new daddy starts rapping a tale of their journey from Philadelphia to rural Phoenixville. They meet, they marry, and now they’re pregnant. It is a minute and a half of humorous seriousness.
The video was produced by Merryweather Films, filmed by Colin Comstock and Zack Sayles in Phoenixville and at Temple University. The film stars Melanie and Dayton Duncan, who also had their wedding?filmed by Merryweather Films last year.
