Woman Finds Stack Of Anti-Hilary ‘Lewinsky’ Bumper Stickers At GOP Headquarters

The desperate and frantic GOP is already going to its lowest low in anticipation of 2016 competition from former Sec. of State Hillary Clinton — it seems the only weapon in their arsenal is the Monica Lewinsky scandal.

Reuters political correspondent Gabriel Debenedetti was in the Fairfax County, Virgina GOP headquarters on Friday when she discovered a stack of bumper stickers that say “Monica Lewinsky’s X-Boyfriend’s Wife for President.” She immediately tweeted a photo of the bumper sticker.

Predictably, the lying GOP was quick to respond and deny that they had any knowledge of the bumper sticker.

Republican party spokesman Garren Shipley denied that this is one of the GOP’s political strategies (we’d LOVE to know what their strategy is, wouldn’t we? Ha!). He claims that the sticker appears to be “an amateur effort.” He issued this statement to The Loop on Friday:

?We’re focused on 2014 and if she’s the nominee in 2016 we’ll have a lot to say then.”

Unfortunately, the GOP’S strategy (yeah, we don’t believe you, Garren) is gaining ground with the unethical Republican party base. People are starting to sell the catchy slogan on CafePress items:
