An Open Mic Caught These Cops Yelling Racial Slurs

Police in Chicago have given minorities another reason not to trust them. Trump had a rally in Chicago cancelled because of violence in the city.

Trump met with local law enforcement and decided to postpone the rally. The people that were already gathered there got angry. His fans were shouting “We want Trump!,” and his opposition was shouting “We stopped Trump!” Five people ended up getting arrested.

A few hours later, some Chicago officers were sharing racial slurs over the dispatch radios. Some of the quotes included “Typical f***ing n***ers!” and “Black lives matter, my a**!” These words were yelled on the radio in an area in the city mostly populated by African Americans. Here is a recording of what was said:

(BAD LANGUAGE WARNING!!)

The police department has issued the following apology statement:

“The statements made are absolutely unacceptable and Superintendent [John] Escalante has ordered an immediate internal affairs investigation into this incident. Should the investigation reveal that a member of the police department made the statements, he will be immediately suspended and disciplinary proceedings will be launched.”

Suspending them is not enough. It’s obvious that it was an officer saying it, since the Chicago PD were the only ones allowed to use that channel. These officers can’t objectively police minorities with their racist attitudes.

This is definitely not the first story of racist police officers. In Alabama, there was the story of two officers being fired because they were involved in the KKK.

Not all police are bad though, here is a Georgia officer talking against racism. He tells these corrupt cops to “find something else” to do. The video ends on a bad note though when he tells people that don’t agree with him to “cut yourself and jump in the ocean.”

Not all cops are bad, but we need to stop the racism that is happening in various police departments.
