Trump Supporters Threaten To Kill A Pastor, Blame It On CNN

Yes, you read that correctly.  Trump recently had a rally in Arizona where the protesters blocked off an entire road. This was on a day that Trump was supposed to have one of his “peaceful” rallies (in which he incites violence against people who disagree with him).

One of the people caught in the protest traffic was a local pastor who also has a construction company. He was going down the highway in his truck that has the name and phone number of his business. CNN was providing live coverage of the incident and his truck could be seen in the footage.

Trump supporters made the mistake of assuming (and we all know what happens when you do that!) that these cars stuck in traffic were part of the blockade to keep them from getting to the rally. CNN never said that his car was part of the blockade.

The pastor’s business information could be seen in the footage, so Trump supporters started calling his number. They left all kinds of messages threatening his life and his business. Per usual, these clueless people were blaming CNN for the incident instead of their own hateful rhetoric.

Not only did they blame CNN, but Trump supporters took to Facebook blaming the Democrats and the Black Lives Matter movement. This trend of blaming the media for everything is ridiculous and needs to stop. One commenter said, “I’m sure this is exaggerated propaganda by the left wing reptiles in the media.” I guess we’re reptiles now? That’s a new one…

Here is another comment:

“His supporters and not the ones hating…the BLM bunch and other idiots are the ones making Trump and his supporters look bad…get it? GO TRUMP, WE THE PEOPLE will support you all the way and ignore the fools who are protesting against you! They will find out that the more they hate you, the more we love you! GO TRUMP!”

The RNC chair, Reince Priebus, even blames the media for all of the violence occurring at the rallies. He claims that there is a “24/7” loop of Trump rally coverage, so he is trying to shift the blame elsewhere.

Yes, it is in the media a lot, but it’s an election year. Talking about the candidates and the election is news. And when there is regular violence at one candidate’s rallies, we should be talking about it.
