Obama Poses For Photo While In Cuba, Conservatives Lose Their Minds

Seems that no matter what President Obama does, the right wingers always find something wrong with it. Obama could single-handedly cure cancer, defeat ISIS, and put an end to world hunger, but conservatives would be standing in the wings whining that it shouldn’t have taken him so long.

And once again, the carping from the right has begun, this time due to a photo the President was part of outside a government ministry while he was on his historic visit to Cuba. Here’s the picture in question:

Yep, you guessed it: the mural on the building which features an illustration of the rebel fighter Che Guevara. From the reaction on the right, you’d have thought the President had just spit on the American flag. Take a look at some of these hateful postings:

Isn’t it wonderful to see so much conservative hypocrisy on display? These are the very same people who have, over the years, embraced people such as those who bomb family planning clinics and shoot doctors for performing a legal procedure; the same ones who have played footsie with repressive leaders across the globe in the name of “national security;” the same ones who think nothing of murdering tens of thousands of innocents in an unnecessary war in Iraq so we could discover there was no “mushroom cloud” threat there. Now they want to point an accusatory finger at the President because he’s decided to normalize relations with Cuba and stand in front of a mural on a building?
