He was also active in various sports, playing in varsity football, soccer and basketball. He was also a stage actor and once played a Nazi villain.
One thing that really stands out in his high school bio is his co-authorship of the student council’s constitution. At his early age, he was already a legalistic thinker. As a member of the Constitutional Corroborators he was exposed early on to U.S. constitutional law.
After graduating from high school, Ted Cruz was accepted in Princeton University where he earned a degree in political science. He then entered Harvard Law School where he proved his brilliance, graduating with honors.
Ted Cruz then had a successful career as a lawyer but he remained focused on his main goal of becoming a powerful politician. He became a senator for several years and he is now setting his eyes on the highest office in the land.
The presidency is the goal than he included in his high school bio that he has not yet achieved but may soon achieve.
