Ann Coulter has to be a special kind of crazy. She is apparently looking back on her Trump fanaticism and thinking, “Hey, I could top that.”
This is the same right-wing commentator who saw the violence occurring at Trump’s rallies and called for more. It probably shouldn’t come as a surprise then, that she is planning to write a love letter to her favorite controversial presidential nominee.
“In Trump We Trust: The New American Revolution,” will be Coulter’s 12th book. Her publisher, Sentinel, announced that it will be released on August 23rd of this year.
According to the publisher, this will be a “short but powerful book” where Coulter details the reasons conservatives, moderates, and “disgruntled Democrats” should set aside their difference and embrace a Trump presidency.
From the book’s Amazon page:
“If you’re already a Trump fan, Ann Coulter will help you defend and promote your position. If you’re not, she might just change your mind.”
Coulter’s love affair with the talking garbage truck that is Donald Trump began early in his campaign with his Mexican rapist speech. Perhaps seeing Trump as a kindred spirit, Coulter began vehemently defending his campaign anytime she found herself in front of a microphone.
There was a brief respite back in March, when Coulter got frustrated over Trump’s Twitter attacks on Heidi Cruz. She even went so far as to call him “mental,” but her short lived burst of feminism seems to have passed.
In an interview on MSNBC’s Hardball, Coulter did a complete turnaround regarding Trump’s mocking of women based on their appearances.
“I also think this ‘woman thing,’ it’s coming from the media. It’s [not] as if he’s saying all these horrible things about women. He sent out one re-tweet about one woman — his opponent’s wife, but only after his wife was attacked by that opponent.”
Coulter’s previous books include; “Godless: The Church of Liberalism,” “Mugged: Racial Demagoguery from the Seventies to Obama” and “Adios, America: The Left’s Plan to Turn Our Country Into a Third World Hellhole.”
Here is an interview where Coulter shares some of the insights we’ll have to look forward to when “In Trump We Trust” is released.
