Donald Trump Has A Problem With The Ladies (VIDEO)

Donald Trump (R-N.Y.) has a problem with women.

No, we are not talking about his personal life, although that has been a fiasco of its own. The presumptive Republican nominee is digging himself into deeper and deeper holes when it comes to women in politics and women voters, according to CNN.

It seems likely that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton (D-N.Y.) will get the Democratic nomination. Trump has accused her of playing the “woman card,” and outright said that if she were not a woman she would not even be in the election. The tone between the two has not been pleasant so far, and it does not appear it will get any better as we draw closer to the November general election.

The rhetoric is even more heated and intense between Trump and Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.), a CNN report notes, whose sharp wit and liberal values have made her a very effective critic of the Donald. Sen. Warren has proven that anything Trump can throw at her, she can catch and throw it back, giving him a long-overdue taste of his own medicine.

In a speech Tuesday, Sen. Warren called him:

“…A small, insecure, money grubber, who doesn’t care who gets hurt so long as he makes a profit off it … What kind of man does that? A man who will never be president of the United States.”

She can also beat Trump on his platform of choice: Twitter. She’s bested his barrage of idiocy post for post, and is not backing down.

One of the more baffling attacks Trump has made against women has been against New Mexico Governor Susana Martinez. She is a Republican and a Latina, and smarter minds could think that she might do well in covering some of the racial and gender divide that Trump has with voters.

When Trump held a rally in Albuquerque, Gov. Martinez was noticeably absent. This hurt Trump’s feelings, apparently, and like the petulant child he is, he threw a little tantrum.

“We have to get your governor to get going … She has got to do a better job. She is not doing the job. Hey, maybe I will run for governor of New Mexico. I’ll get this place going.”

If you want to help get that Latino and women vote, Donald, this doesn’t seem like the best way to go about it.

Here is Gov. Martinez’s reply:

Trump’s approval rating with potential women voters is appalling. A CNN/ORC poll in March found 73 percent of registered female voters viewed him unfavorably; perhaps Sec. Clinton summed it up best when she said,

“He makes a habit of insulting women. He seems to have something about women.”

And since women make up approximately half of the country’s population, that might be a problem.

Keep digging, Donald. Keep digging.
