The Obamas have been a very cool First Family. They have had to deal with so much racism, and President Obama has dealt with tons of obstructionism during his whole presidency. They have dealt with tons of bigots.
Just recently, Michelle Obama and her daughters, Sasha and Malia, went to Africa. They were bombarded with racist comments about it.
Sasha and Malia Obama were so cute when they first moved to the White House.

Now, the first daughters have grown into beautiful young women. Malia is going to Harvard, and Fox News followers poured on the racism. One called her an “affirmative action parasite.”
Sasha just turned 15 recently, and she received tons of racist comments on her online birthday card.
Both girls are incredibly stylish and classy. They also love hanging out with their dad:

They got to meet Tom Hanks. I’m impressed:

They are super stylish. Here they are in Morocco:

They got to participate in a march Selma, Alabama, march during the 50th anniversary of the Civil Rights march held there:

Sasha Obama was a bit star struck when she met Ryan Reynolds at a White House function. Malia gave her an awkward thumbs-up. I’m sure we have all done the same when a girlfriend was talking to her crush.

Yesterday, we celebrated Independence Day. July 4th is also Malia Obama’s birthday. She turned 18 yesterday. Here is a video of President Obama serenading Malia.
Obama said this at the end of his speech:
“And just because it’s a job of a father to embarrass his daughters, I’ve got one last job. It just so happens that we celebrate our country’s birthday on the same day that we celebrate my oldest daughter’s birthday.”
