Donald Trump Called Out By Clinton’s Campaign Manager – Whining Followed (VIDEO, TWEETS)

Hillary Clinton’s campaign manager, Robby Mook, has some bold opinions about Donald Trump. During an interview with George Stephanopoulos on ABC’s ‘This Week,’ he laid into the Republican presidential nominee. Mook suggested that Trump’s recent attempts to alter his image were a farce:

“He wants to double down on letting Donald Trump be Donald Trump. That’s why he brought in to run his campaign someone who wrote, or rather ran a so-called news organization – Breitbart News – which has peddled some of the worst conspiracy theories around.”

Mook Gets Straight To The Point

Mook then went on to call into question Trump’s potential ties with Russia:

“I would also point out that Paul Manafort has been pushed out. But that doesn’t mean that the Russians have been pushed out this campaign. The hand of the Kremlin has been at work in this campaign for some time. It’s clear that they are supporting Donald Trump.”

After suggesting that Trump might have personal financial ties to Russia, Mook called for the candidate to come clean about any potential influence Russian leadership might be having in his presidential bid:

“We now need Donald Trump to explain to us the extent to which the hand of the Kremlin is at the core of his own campaign…There are real questions being raised about whether Donald Trump is just a puppet for the Kremlin in this race.”

It’s a popular sentiment. One shared by many watching this election cycle, though no solid evidence to prove such ties is currently available. However, Trump’s agreeable language in reference to Russia and their president, Vladimir Putin, is more than enough proof for many, including Mook.

Proof Donald Trump Is In Bed With Russia?

When asked by Stephanopoulos for clarity on his remarks, Mook responded by claiming that Trump made statements mirroring opinions shared by Putin. He pointed out a shift in the stance of the Republican Party. He even questioned ties that Trump’s advisers might have with Russia Today, a Russian news network:

“There are a lot of questions here and we need Donald Trump to disclose all of his financial ties and whether his advisors are having meetings with the Kremlin.”

Big words. And a very direct accusation leveled at Donald Trump. Not one to take such verbal abuse lying down, though, he took to Twitter to complain:
