During a CNN interview with Melania Trump, she partially blames Billy Bush for her husband’s disgusting expression of sexual assault that surfaced early this month. From this ridiculous statement and finger pointing, the hashtag #BillyBushMadeMeDoIt was born and has been taking Twitter by storm.
Though Melania made it known she was not happy with the words that spilled out of her husband, Republican Presidential candidate Donald Trump; she also made sure to pass the blame stating that Billy Bush “egged him on.”
Who knew that television personality, Billy Bush, was so important and so powerful, that he could peer pressure a grown man into admitting that he is a sexual predator. It is amazing how, with every new scandal, the Trump family cannot help but pass the blame on to another party.
During the interview Melania also stated that she didn’t believe that her husband knew that the microphone was on, leading us to believe that this type of behavior when the mic is off, is all too familiar to Melania. It may be easier to stop assaulting and disrespecting women then to always make sure your mic is in the off position. Just a thought.

Melania has taken heat throughout the election for everything from her alleged occupation before meeting her husband to plagiarizing First Lady, Michelle Obama’s, speech earlier in the campaign. A women’s choice to stand by her husband during times like these is a personal one but please Melania, have enough self respect, and respect for your gender, to not make excuses as if you were speaking about a ten year old child in trouble with the Principle.
I can only imagine the excuses we would get from Trump if he were elected President and had the power to press the “war” button. I am still waiting for #PutinMadeMeDoIt.
