South Carolina Republican senator Lindsey Graham has been a steady, vocal critic of Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump.
It is therefore no surprise when Trump doubled down on his absurd warnings about the election being rigged during last night’s debate with Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, that Graham eviscerated Trump.
In what surely led to the world’s largest simultaneous Republican face-palm, Trump told Fox News debate moderator Chris Wallace that when it comes to accepting the results of the election as has been done peacefully throughout American history, that:
“I will tell you at the time. I’ll keep you in suspense.”
This prompted Senator Graham to spell out in no uncertain terms what Trump means to the democratic process.
