Insiders Say FBI HATRED Of Clinton Prompted Latest Leak (VIDEO)

Active sources within the FBI have claimed last week’s leaked letter from Director James Comey was prompted by the organization’s deep-running hatred of Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, and broad support for her Republican opponent Donald Trump.

The sources, who were either unwilling or unauthorized to speak publicly, believe this intense dislike was the motivation for Comey’s letter, and other recent FBI attempts to damage the Clinton campaign.

One of them told The Guardian newspaper:

“The FBI is Trumpland.”

He went on to describe Clinton as:

“The antichrist personified to a large swath of FBI personnel.”

Comey’s letter, which was leaked by Republican congressman Jason Chaffetz, said a newly found batch of Clinton emails may be examined.

The fact that his letter was sent before a warrant was issued or evidence gathered, along with the high degree of innuendo it contained, provoked a hail of criticism from President Obama down, as we reported here.

Even some Republican diehards joined the protest. Rep. Jim Jordan (Ohio,) a hardline conservative who argued earlier this year for Clinton to be investigated for perjury, told Fox News Radio:

“I think this was probably not the right thing for Comey to do …. to come out this close to an election.”

Another unlikely supporter was Joe Walsh, the former congressman who is now a controversial pro-Trump broadcaster.

Some of the FBI sources who spoke to The Guardian say Comey had found himself in a difficult position, as his decision in July to drop the previous investigation into Clinton’s emails angered many of his staff. Referencing the underlying tensions between the FBI and Department of Justice (DoJ) over the case, one former official said:

“Many FBI agents were upset at the director, not because he didn’t indict, but they believe he threw the FBI under the bus by taking the heat away from DoJ.”

It seems his latest, ill-advised letter may have been an attempt to appease that internal discontent. However, it also seems the FBI’s campaign of disruption is ongoing, as Fox News reported this week that the bureau’s White Collar Crimes Division is ramping up its scrutiny of the Clinton Foundation.

Ironically, the FBI is one of the many institutions that Donald Trump has accused of corruption. Watch this tirade, which he released the week before news broke of Comey’s leaked letter.
