‘People Like Mexicans!’ — Kid Grills AR Sen. Tom Cotton On Cutting PBS To Build Border Wall (TWEETS)

A child has officially pointed out issues with Trump’s border wall.

Let that sink in.

An “almost 8” year old has pointed out the issues with Trump’s border wall.

Toby, the little kid who had the guts to stand up in front of a boisterous crowd of around 2,000 people, pointed out issues that are on the minds of adults across this nation:

“Donald Trump thinks a wall is more important than kid’s games and stuff. But, to kids, it’s more important. But, Donald Trump makes Mexicans not important to people who are in Arkansas who like Mexicans, like me, my grandma, and all my friends. And he’s deleting all the parks and PBS Kids just to make a wall. He shouldn’t do that. He shouldn’t. He shouldn’t do all that stuff. “

Several times, the active crowd erupted into cheers for Toby and jeers towards Senator Cotton (and, finally, someone corrected his pronunciation of the kid’s name). Ironically enough, after Toby’s first quote, Senator Cotton broke out into a patriotic “America, the melting pot” speech in regards to a child’s issues with the border wall. The Senator states that “we are all one people,” and the crowd erupts into boos for the highly ironic answer for this little boy’s issues.

But, Toby wasn’t deterred.

After the Senator’s quick exit, KATV caught up with Toby after the Town Hall Meeting was dismissed, and this is what he had to say:

If a child understands that something is wrong, then it’s time to take a look at the real issues at hand. It’s time to take a step back and re-evaluate some choices that have been made along the way, and it’s time to admit some things and get real.

Toby, you’re not alone in your thinking. In fact, believe it or not, you stand with the 61% of Americans that don’t even believe the border wall is important.
