Trump’s First 100 Days Sucked And Mediaite Laid It Out In A Video

One hundred days have already passed since Trump took office. In that 100 days, he has done a lot – a lot of destructive things. He appointed Scott Pruitt to the EPA – a person who denies global warming, and has repeatedly sued the EPA in his position as Oklahoma attorney general. He issued a travel ban against Syrian refugees who desperately need safety, and then turned around and bombed their country.

Then his Republican Congress made a pathetic and unsuccessful attempt to take away healthcare from those who need it the most. Not to mention he has proposed a decrease in funding for many vital departments such as Education and the Environmental Protection Agency, so he can have $21 billion to build a wall on the Mexico border, and increase defense spending by $54 million.

According to David Horsey from the Los Angeles Times,

“Perhaps Trump’s biggest accomplishment in his first 100 days has been his ability to capture the constant attention of the country and the world. Liberals are drinking more heavily and watching endless hours of Rachel Maddow to deal with their stress and anxiety.”

For the first president without any military, government, or political experience, his first 100 days have been anything but a smooth glide.

“There have been legislative stops and starts; hectic management in the White House, including infighting between family and advisers and the shortest tenure of any national security adviser in history; and many, many key positions in his administration remain unfilled.”

Barbara Perry, director of presidential studies at the Miller Center at the University of Virginia, said:

“Is this an entry-level president? I think that’s too generous.

“Unless he would be an intern, he would not have a position in the White House — with no educational experience, no military experience, no government, no political experience, most of it was running for president.”

Let’s not forget about the president’s largely ignorant statement:

“Nobody knew healthcare could be so complicated.”

Perry is correct. The term “entry-level” is definitely way too generous. People often begin entry-level jobs with good qualifications. This president does not have a background or a temperament that qualifies him for what the presidency entails.

Trump does not have the right experience to handle huge foreign or military crises. According to historians, business experience isn’t very useful when it comes to running the country.

Richard Norton Smith says:

“The problem with people who say we need a businessman is that the government isn’t a business.”

The American people are not a business, and this Trump presidency has been a huge gamble with large wagers that most likely will not pay out.
