When porn star Stormy Daniels revealed that she was poised to tell the world about her 2006 fling with Donald Trump, it was only a matter of time before the legions of Trump diehards on Twitter came after her. After all, for the last two-plus years, anyone who dares criticize the Donald risks being brutally trolled, harassed, and threatened.
But so far, it looks like the deplorables have met their match. Daniels is giving it right back to them.
For instance, on Thursday, Daniels shared a screenshot of a particularly amusing trolling attempt from a since-suspended deplorable.
I actually took a screenshot of my favorite troll a couple days ago. I laughed so hard I couldn't even respond. When someone can't even insult you correctly ( you're all welcome. Enjoy) pic.twitter.com/KcTGns82xw

For those who don’t know, Trump infamously suggested in 2007 that he’d probably date Ivanka if she wasn’t his daughter.
Daniels told InTouch Weekly in 2011 that Trump frequently compared her to his daughter–most likely Ivanka, since his other daughter, Tiffany, was only 12 years old at the time of Daniels and Trump’s alleged fling. According to Daniels, Trump told her that she was a lot like his daughter in a lot of ways–“someone to be reckoned with, beautiful and smart.”
The 280-character hate has continued to pour in unabated, especially since Daniels announced she’s suing Trump in hopes of formally shredding the non-disclosure agreement about their affair–though she believes Trump’s own lawyer breached it by disclosing that he paid her $130,000 in return for her silence.
But if the deplorables thought they could scare Daniels into submission, so far they’re sadly mistaken. For one thing, it’s awfully hard to bully someone into silence when you can’t spell your insults correctly.
@StormyDaniels scank

The correct spelling is "skank" https://t.co/E1Ie16OXC4

Exactly. I've been trying to explain that for hours. At least you've been paying attention. https://t.co/6E53UPg9xt

And even when they get the spelling right, it’s not enough to keep Daniels from dunking on them.

One has to wonder–would the deplorables be coming after Daniels so hard if they knew she was a Republican? Then again, judging by how brutally “never-Trump” Republicans have been attacked, it might actually have gotten a lot worse.
Needless to say, a lot of people are pleased to see that at least one person isn’t backing down in the face of a relentless and deplorable onslaught.
This woman does not get shook.

Love it. But the correct spelling is ‘strong woman who won’t be silenced’ ?

Me, to my future grandkids: "And that, children, is how a porn star saved America."

For the last few years, we’ve relied on J. K. Rowling and Alec Baldwin to drop truth bombs on Trump and his followers. Now it looks like we can add Daniels to the list.
Don’t back down, Stormy. This country needs you.
