The iconic singer shared why she’s throwing her support behind Hillary:
“Voting 4 Hillary.She’s Smart,Strong,& Uniquely Qualified 4 POTUS.” She went on, “ITS WAY PAST TIME 4 A WOMAN!! THEY BROK [sic] IT!! SHE’LL FIX IT!!”
She added:

Cher’s no stranger to strong political opinions — and she’s NEVER afraid to voice hers.

Besides “telling it like it is,” the lady does some serious activism and played an important role during the Flint Water Crisis. From a January Liberal America article:
Cher is doing what she can in a magnanimous effort to help those affected by the water crisis in Flint, Michigan. The veteran star of song and film is donating 180,000 bottles of water. Michigan Governor Rick Snyder has made national news as Flint residents continue to be poisoned by toxic lead levels in a water deal Snyder signed off on in 2014.
Cher does say that she’s “not hardcore leftist,” but we’ll claim her regardless!
