This plaid wearing preppy was nicknamed Rooster, both for his upfront cowlick and his penchant for speaking up on political issues. This picture is from a public school in Pennsylvania, but he finished out his high school career in a private Catholic school in Illinois. After graduating high school he moved back to Pennsylvania to attend Penn State where he was active in the University’s College Republicans.
