Being a mentor is a quite a fulfilling experience, one that can not be imagined. Some women may think they do not have what it takes to mentor young women.?They may not have the time, believe they are to old, or that they?have?nothing to offer these young women. Here are a few reasons why you or women close to you should take on a mentoring position.

1. Professional women that may not feel like they have the time. Professional women mentoring will help in?the fight for equality in the workplace.
