The viral video of the day is this “unrelenting, endless swarm of ducks, bearing down on your car like a billion quacking bees.” (Mediaite)
A man filmed a traffic crossing in Bangkok that shows what seem to?be thousands of?ducks blocking traffic in Nakhon Pathorn. No one wanted to run over (or through) the ducks, and indeed, it may have been unsafe to proceed at any rate — for the ducks AND the people.
The man who uploaded the video, Jack Saranthat, said that the ducks were in “mass revolt,” though no one seems to know why. He commented that a farmer seemed to be helping the ducks cross the road so that they could find food.
?You can see the great mass of ducks swarming on the road,? he dutifully reports in the video. ?They have now occupied the area entirely.?
The Bangkok Post seems to confirm this:
Huge numbers of ducks blocked a rural road in Bang Len district as they left their home farm in a “mass revolt” in search of food, and the incident was caught on camera and shared online. ?
