Ferguson Police Are Considering Filing Charges Against Michael Brown’s Stepfather


As if the emotional toll of losing a child isn’t enough, the Brown family has yet another thing to worry about. Ferguson Police are now considering filing charges against Louis Head, Michael Brown’s stepfather, for inciting a riot after his emotional outburst on the night the grand jury decision was announced.

Ferguson spokesman Jeff Small said it is being “looked at as part of an ongoing investigation into the activities surrounding November 24 pertaining to the rioting, looting and arsons.”

Moments after learning of the decision, Mr. Head shouted:

?“Burn this motherf—er down!” and “Burn this bitch down!”
