From PIX11:
Police officers turned their backs on Mayor Bill de Blasio as he walked into the police press conference about the two NYPD officers shot and killed execution-style in Brooklyn.
De Blasio weaved through the officers on his way to the presser with Police Commissioner Bill Bratton at Woodhull Hospital Saturday evening.
Officers Rafael Ramos and Wenjian Liu were taken to Woodhull after 28-year-old Ismaaiyl Brinsley, shot and killed them execution style outside of the Tompkins Houses in Bedford-Stuyvesant before 3 p.m.
The mayor was invited to the press conference to discuss the shooting and was greeted by hallways full of police officers as he made his way to the press room.

The NYPD’s Sergeants Benevolent Association tweeted the following:
The blood of 2 executed police officers is on the hands of Mayor de Blasio. May God bless their families and may they rest in peace.

DeBlasio was also harshly criticized by former New York Governor George Pataki.
Sickened by these barbaric acts, which sadly are a predictable outcome of divisive anti-cop rhetoric of #ericholder & #mayordeblasio. #NYPD
