Adrianne Lewis is pretty much like most 18-year-old girls in America. Except for one minor detail: She has a four-inch long tongue and can touch her eye with it. Yes, you read that correctly. This is one of those strange but true stories you see every once in awhile.
The teen from?Muskegon, Michigan, can also touch her nose, her chin, and her elbow with her amazing tongue.
Lewis–who likes to be called “Long Tongue Lewis”– says she wants Guinness World Records to measure her tongue. The current record-holder is 24-year-old ?Nick Stoeberl, whose 3.97-inch tongue appears in the 2015 Guinness Book of World Records. But that record may be short-lived.
Lewis says she’s pretty sure she has helped lengthen her tongue over the years:
“I think that with time, and with me being the weird kid that I was and always sticking out my tongue, it could have stretched.”
