Watch Black Georgia Cop Break Down Police Brutality

A Georgia police officer who identified himself as Billy Ray Fields decided to put his career in jeopardy in the name of truth and justice. He made a video that breaks down the “Blue Wall Of Silence” that many police officers hide behind.

Recently, Fields made a video supporting the #blacklivesmatter movement while condemning violent and corrupt police officers who abuse their power.

Fields also mentioned the violence by some of the protestors, saying that he doesn’t condone those actions either. However, his primary focus was on encouraging people to stand up and speak out against any unjust police officers.

At the end of the video, Fields said that he was proud to serve with good police officers like himself and gave some advice to all the bad cops out there.

“…man go cut yourself and jump in the ocean for me…”

I salute Officer Fields and the millions of other fair-minded and dedicated police officers out there who want to make a difference in people’s lives not just collect a paycheck for locking them up. It takes guts to go against the grain and stand for what’s right. Not everyone will be impressed by this man. Conservatives will burn him at the stake, and many cop haters will still hate him. I don’t think he made the video for their approval. I think he did it because he wanted to let people know that the good cops do support them. Hopefully, Fields is just the first cop to stand up and be heard. I would encourage police officers from all over the country make their voices heard, break down the blue wall of silence, and support a cultural change within police departments.

It shouldn’t be “Blue vs. Everyone Not Blue.” We should all stand united for the common justice and seek to uplift each other. We need more cops who think along those lines, and maybe we can start seeing some real changes. There are people out there who believe that it’s not in the job description for cops to care about their communities especially the young people getting lost in the streets of their communities. I say if it’s not in the “job description” then it’s time that we the people change the job description and demand better cops like Officer Billy Ray Fields.

Here is the video.
