A Florida man has been arrested and charged with child abuse and battery because he punched a child in the face. And he did so simply because the child was too slow while getting ready for church.
WTF?!
Angel Rivera allegedly became irritated with the child because the boy was too slow while putting on his shoes due to the fact that he was wearing an ankle brace.
Rivera became angry, police say, and the boy attempted to run away. During the chase through the house, Rivera was hit in the face by a door.
After Rivera got to the room where the child was located, he allegedly punched him in the face. The child was later taken to the hospital where he was bleeding and had a black eye.
Rivera is currently being held at the Orange County Jail.
