WATCH: Trump Advisor Says, ‘Women Do Not Have An Issue With Mr. Trump’

Within the past week, polls have repeatedly shown that Donald Trump, should he be the Republican nominee, can say goodbye to any hopes of drawing significant support from female voters. In a recent CNN/ORC poll, 73 percent of female voters surveyed said they have a negative opinion of Trump, with only 26 percent viewing him favorably. Yes, two thirds of women do not like this guy. Which is yet another reason that if Trump is the GOP nominee, he will lose by a historic margin.

And yet just last night on CNN, senior Trump advisor Michael Cohen was asked how the campaign plans to try and turn those negative numbers around. His response will leave you scratching your head:

“I don’t agree with any of those polls and any of those numbers.”

So do you have some numbers that dispute the ones in the CNN poll? Cohen then accused the liberal bias of the media and said the polling results had been “manipulated” because:

“Women do not have an issue with Mr. Trump.”

Which, it should be noted, is as patently absurd as declaring no dog has ever had a problem with a cat.

Cohen then went on to add that Trump’s  “coalition” is diverse and growing. That seems odd when you take a close look at the audience for most Trump rallies: It’s mainly white men. Correction, it’s mostly ignorant, angry, ill-informed white men. And while that may be beneficial in the GOP, it may also wind up driving away other groups Trump needs in order to win, which it is already clear he won’t.

The past week to ten days have proven that Trump is indeed a paper tiger, and he is seeing his entire campaign implode.

It couldn’t happen to a more deserving asshat.
