See Larry Wilmore Rip Into Trayvon’s Killer: ‘Go To Hell’

Larry Wilmore, host of The Nightly Show, is not going to sit quietly as a cold blooded killer tries to profit from his crime.

On his show last night, Wilmore really went off on George Zimmerman. George is the Florida man who got away with killing an unarmed black teenager in 2012. Wilmore called Zimmerman a “societal malignant tumor”, which some people might think is too gentle.

What set Wilmore off, according to RawStory, is not only the fact that Zimmerman shot and killed the 17 year old boy. It’s not only the fact that at the trial his lawyer used the feeble “Stand Your Ground Law” to claim that it was “self defense.”

No. What got Larry Wilmore enraged was the fact that Zimmerman is trying to auction off the gun he used to kill the kid.

Disgusting? Wilmore thinks so. On his show, Wilmore asked:

“Who woke up this piece of human excrement?”

Zimmerman is like the worst kind of stomach virus. Every time you think it’s been all cleaned up, it pops up again in a new victim. Since Trayvon’s killing less than 4 years ago, Big George Zimmerman has been arrested or involved at least 7 other criminal incidents, including aggravated assault, domestic assault, road rage and speeding.

Now he is back in the news, not for beating a woman for a change, but for trying to make money from the weapon that he used to end the life of a kid with a pocketful of Skittles.

Wilmore pulled no punches in his powerful criticism of the shooter. Zimmerman had said that as a free American, he has the right to do whatever he wants with his own property. He didn’t want to just lock it away. Wilmore shot back:

“You don’t have to lock it away. You can just throw it in the trash. You know, trash — that thing that you are and always will be.”

He added these thoughts, too:

“Here’s why this gets me so angry. Every time George Zimmerman is a trending topic on Twitter, every time his name pops up on the news, every time he takes up any real estate in my brain at all, it’s a reminder that he’s a free man who can do whatever dumb shit he wants, while Trayvon Martin doesn’t get to grow up.”

Amen.

The worst part of the whole thing, some might say, is that the condition of the gun was listed on the auction site as “used.”

“Used.”

To quote Larry Wilmore:

“What the entire f*ck?”
