WATCH: Homeless NYC Man Throwing Feces Caught, Said ‘God Did It’

A 42-year-old homeless man in Manhattan was arrested for throwing feces at someone, and claimed that it was God’s fault.

A woman was just walking down the street talking on her phone when he grabbed her from behind and shoved feces into her shorts. The video shows the man grabbing her, and then throwing a glove.

A few hours later, he attacked another woman on 91st Street, between Park and Madison avenues. This time, he smeared the feces on her face and ran away.

The man was arrested on Friday. Identified as 42-year-old Ekwan Hill, he was at a homeless shelter when arrested. As he was being led to the police car, he said “God did it.”

A reporter asked him, “Why the filth?” He referred to Muslim leader Louis Farrakhan when he said:

“It’s a Farrakhan. Sometimes they bring you here, they enlighten you. What they do to you, they try to turn you into a slave on Earth.”

Felix Martinez was working at a nearby garage when the first victim ran in; he said:

“That somebody threw *expletive* in her pants, and she was crying … She was terrified, she was shaking, she couldn’t talk, and tell me ‘please help me, somebody attacked me.'”

Hill has been charged with assault and forcible touching after the victims identified him in a police lineup. The prosecutors added sex abuse charges during his arraignment.

The NYPD Chief of Detectives, Robert Boyce said:

“Tough ladies. Right now they’re doing fine. Obviously the ghastliness of the crime has upset them.”

A resident of the shelter said that Hill is:

“…Really borderline delirious — bad body odor, talks to himself, keeps to himself. Those feces he threw was probably his own. He’s an outcast type of dude.”

He has been arrested 21 times before on other charges. Obviously, he is not getting the help that he needs.
