Detroit police are asking for the public’s help to locate a man who posted a video online of him pulling a gun on another man he berated with anti-gay slurs outside of a convenience store.
Tuesday evening, a man who goes by the name @binswanson on Twitter posted a video of himself pulling a gun at a man who was leaving a convenience store. The man making the accusations also accused the other customer of being “gay as hell” and a “d*ck-in-the-booty-ass n***s.” The man who was being threatened ran away after seeing that the other man had pulled a gun.
Minutes after @binswanson posted the disgusting video on Twitter, others on the social media site called him out for his hateful actions:
real smart and clever. That gay guy is 100 times more a man than you are. Waste of space.

In true coward fashion, @Binswanson, has made all of his tweets private, but he did respond to those who criticized him by posting this:
“I don’t give a f*ck about none of that sh*t y’all saying…I hate gay n****s.”
Detroit Police Sgt. Michael Woody said his department is indeed investigating the incident as a possible hate crime, and added:
“To think that somebody would be so brazen that they could point the weapon in the face of an unsuspecting citizen and then post it on social media as if the Detroit police are going to stand idling by and do nothing.”
