Unfortunately, another ardent Second Amendment supporter bites the dust. Police in Fair Banks, Alaska, are investigating a possible murder-suicide.
The apparent shooter was McKay Hutton, who also shot and killed his wife Emily McDonald, his mother Linda Hutton, as well as his 8-week-old infant daughter, Teagan.
The damning evidence was a firearm; however, no information on the make or model has been released as of yet. The local police department is still at a loss, actively searching for a motive in the shooting.
A Peek through His Social Media Pages
The police department is sifting through his social media presence to find any possible motive for the killing. The father is being investigated as the alleged perpetrator.
In a particular photo that Hutton posted to his Facebook, he shows himself holding his infant daughter with a banner in the background promoting the Second Amendment right to bear arms.

And this, with a banner in the back stating “Don’t Tread On Me”:
The Facebook page that belongs to his wife indicates that they were both 22 years old and were married on November 2015.
There the whereabouts of the supposed son who was spared the murder-suicide carnage, according to the report:
“That child’s identity is not being released at this time, but was not present and is safe.”
How the Bodies Were Discovered
Fairbanks Police Department was called to the Hampton Inn Friday afternoon. The police were met by a crying man in the second-floor lobby; he was in emotional distress after finding the four bodies.
He then led them to a hotel room containing the bodies.
The man was a family member who wasn’t there when the shooting happened, and isn’t being publicly identified because he’s not a suspect.
